Our beam drill machines have central lubrication, a cooling system, and linear guides to make them easier to use and require less maintenance. Each coordinate system includes a 4 station tool changer. This allows it drill, mill/scribe, counter sink or tap as many times as required. Additionally, tools can be swapped easily during operation. Positive beam positioning is an arm that attaches to a rack on the conveyor. This allows the beam position to be more precisely controlled as it moves through a drill line.

Programming the CNC Beam Drill Line program is simple even if done manually. Peddimat software is used to program the CNC Beam Drill Line. Most operators can learn how most parts are programmed in under an hour. Of course practice makes perfect. However, it is easiest to program the machine from a CAD file. It is recommended that you use a 3D modeling software, such as StruMis or ProSteel 3D to create the CAD drawings. These files can then be imported directly into a machine. The operator just needs to select the part that is to be processed, and hit the Cycle start button.

Metal cannot be cut by conventional drill bits so you will need a hard-working, heavy-duty drill bit. For metalworking tasks, there are two types of drill bits: cobalt and titanium.
3) Calculation for depth and width of continuous beam. Total depth = Effective depth + Diameter of Bar/2 + Clear Cover Size. The beam width is Depth/1.5. Beam width should not exceed 200mm The beam's total depth is the effective depth minus the diameter of the bar/2 and clear cover size.
THE STANDARD SIZE FOR THE BEAMS It is 9" x 12" or 225mm x 300mm in a residential building, according to (IS codes).
ECC is safer than RSA, and it is currently in an adaptive phase. It is expected that its usage will increase in the near future. To implement encryption, RSA requires a longer key length. ECC is much more efficient than RSA.
