The triple torch CNC beam cutting machines have multiple torch and three torch torches. Each torch has a dedicated web or flange. Although the positioning time is shorter with the triple torch machine then with the single torch, the single torch is able to do much more cuts than the existing triple torch models due to the flexibility of the 5-axis movement for the cutting head. The detailer will then send you a DWG, PLT, or PDF file to use for printing or plotting your drawings. You will also receive the NC1 or NC2 files from your detailer that you can import directly into you machine. Standard on the Voortman is the DSTV-Import feature.

METEOR-1200 has the ability to cut down on your labor, whether you are drilling or performing on-site assembly. METEOR-1200 has the ability to drill beams and angles, flat sheets, and other suitable geometry. With the state of art control system, you can also mill slots and pockets.

It is much easier to import files directly from your steel detailing tool. In this regard there are two distinct camps.

AFD CNC Flange and Plate Drilling Machines can drill up to 680 mm and 1/4" through 3-1/8". Material is driven on the table using balls. It is then fixed with hydraulic clamping jaws. Material is positioned to the desired coordinates for drilling/marking/tapping by CNC program and then operation starts.

APC 1200 can be upgraded to the full extent of the base unit. It can do both oxy-fuel and combination plasma cutting, with both torches mounted upon a pivoting base. They can flip between the two via computer control in a matter of seconds. The Plasma is the main tool used by the machine to maximize its efficiency. It can automatically switch to Oxy Fuel when the thickness of the material exceeds the Plasma's cutting capacity. This upgraded unit also includes the laser probing feature for height adjustment.
