Sequenced racks are used for commodities that will be sequenced to the production line.   Sequence racks are assigned to broadcast positions.  Broadcast positions can be defined where the sequenced rack slot number will be displayed as the operator code on the broadcast sheet.

Maintaining Sequenced Racks or Sequenced Containers:

• The process of defining sequenced containers or racks that will be used for specified sequenced parts.
• These racks or containers are dedicated to picking and packing operation for specific parts defined in the Sequenced Delivery session. 
• When an empty rack is returned, it is scanned to determine what needs to be delivered next.
