For items that will be sequenced to the production line, sequenced racks must be defined to transport the material to the point of use.  Sequenced racks need to be added to the sequenced delivery records that have already been defined. One or more sequenced racks must be assigned to each broadcast position.   See Adding a Sequenced Delivery Record.

Let's begin.

1. Click Production Operations > Broadcast System > Sequenced Deliveries.
2. Select the Plant.
3. Select the Ship-To MRP area.
4. Using the Broadcast Position drop down selection menu, search for the position that the sequenced rack will be assigned to. 
5. Click the magnifying glass in front of the broadcast position to access the details of the sequenced delivery record.

6. Click Add Containers.

7. Click Select New Containers.  See Add New Sequenced Containers, if no containers are available.
8. Search by Container Name or Container ID.
9. Select the containers required.
10. Click Add All Selected. 
11. Click Return.  

12. Name the new sequenced containers. See Naming the Sequenced Containers.
13. From the Sequenced Deliveries Details Screen, select Sequence Container, Production Line, Linefeed and Rack Sequence Number.
14. Click Update Containers and Item MRP Areas.
