An analysis has to be done to determine how many sequenced racks are needed in a delivery loop to supply the number of sequenced commodities to the production line.  If there are not enough sequence racks available, new racks need to be added.

To create a new sequenced container:

1. From the Sequenced Container Details screen, click Create New Containers.

2. Select the appropriate Container Type from the Asset Type drop down menu. 
3. Select the Originating Plant, the plant where the container is going to be used
4. Select the Initial Staging Area of the containers. 
5. Assign Asset Status of New.
6. Enter the number of containers to create under Number of Assets to Create. 
7. Select Create RFID’s. This will generate a container code that can be used on a RFID tag.
8. Click Return.
