A group manager may “UNSHARE” from a group any object that any group member has shared with the group; however, to reduce the chance that a group member inadvertently “UNSHARE”s an object intended to be shared as part of a class assignment, ordinary group members cannot “UNSHARE” any group objects, even ones they themselves shared with the group. (However, if a group member shared one of their own objects with a group, that member may “DELETE” the object, thereby effectively removing it from the group.)
If you are a group manager and wish to “UNSHARE” some objects from a group, go to the group’s “OBJECTS” screen and click the “UNSHARE” button (towards the upper right of the “OBJECTS” screen). That will bring up an “UNSHARE OBJECTS” screen at which you may select the object(s) to unshare; then click the “UNSHARE” button (at the lower right of the “UNSHARE OBJECTS” screen); see Figure 7.37.
