Ok, it's in Spanish but this new promo for Perdidos, or Lost to us non-Spanish speaking folk, makes everything old new again, taking footage we've already seen and wrapping it in a clever concept piece.  It's quite a literal illustration of how God (aka Man in Black/Jacob) has been playing the 815ers and the Others like pawns.  In the end however, it seems everyone will be checkmated by the four-toed statue!

The notion that our Losties are but pawns on a chessboard, each with his/her own purpose and path ties right into the "Destiny Found" theme building up to the final season.  The promo comes Spanish TV network CUARTO, which aired the clip yesterday.  I love how they incorporated certain watershed moments into the chessboard, like Jack's awakening on the Island, Ben's awakening in Tunisia, Locke and Jack peering down the hatch and Sawyer losing Juliet to the Swan station drilling shaft.  According to Sl-Lost, who orginally posted the clip, the narrative is a variation on a poem by Persian mathematician Omar Khayyam and the musical bed is Radiohead's "Everything In It's Right Place."  Thanks to SL-lost.com and Docarzt.com for the posting the coolest Lost promo ever, in any language!
