If you weren't itching for the latest Game of Thrones after last week's "Cripples, Bastards and Broken Things," the latest clip will have you crawling the walls of Kings' Landing and jousting the night away in anticipation.
HBO today gives us our first look at the follow-up episode "The Wolf and the Lion," which sees King Robert ordering a preemptive strike on the Targaryens that drives a wedge in his relationship with Ned, while a captive Tyrion helps Catelyn, but receives a cold reception at the Eyrie from her sister, John Arryn’s widow Lysa.
In the clip below, you'll see the cordial but terse relationship between Ned Star and Ser Barristan as they discuss the kingdom's state and the jousting tournaments.
And if you weren't aware or watching already (which you should, now that season two is in store), the series stars Bean as Ned Stark, and boasts an otherwise impressive cast comprised of Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister, Mark Addy as King Baratheon, Lena Headey as Queen Cersei, and a host of others all vying for the iron throne of the fictional Westeros.
You can also re-watch episodes of Game of Thrones at HBOGo.com, where you'll have access to "alert feeds" that offer special features as you watch, including commentary from the creators, behind the scenes looks, maps, 3-D costume and item renderings and character guides!
