You're probably familiar with AVP. That's the cool way of referring to Alien vs. Predator, the pop sci-fi phenomenon spawned by the art directors of Predator 2 when they decided to put an Alien skull in a Predator trophy case. Soon after, there were AVP comics, video games, T-shirts, toilet seat covers, you name it. And there were a couple of AVP movies, too.
But why has the Predator seemingly been the only worthy foe for the Alien? We think there are plenty more battles in store for the nasty beast, whether Hollywood is ready for it or not. AVT: Alien Versus Terminator. Actually, why the hell isn't this a movie already? Come on, Hollywood! Awesome.
AVW: Alien Versus Wolverine. Alien vs. Mutant! Berzerker rage! Whoever Wins, Everything Else is Destroyed.
