No video game has captured the essential nature of the gunfighter as well as Red Dead Redemption. John Marston, the game's protagonist, is an absolutely flawless shot, able to pick off foes from cover, even when firing blind. And don't even get me started on the game's "Dead Eye" system, which lets you slow down time to carefully line up your bullets. If you want to feel what the other people on this list feel when they pump hot lead into a chump, this is the best way to do it.
