If your company records transactions in different currencies, you can integrate Kenandy with any exchange rate feed.
You use the Exchange Rate Settings page to designate the relationships between the functional currency for your company and other transactional currencies. Exchange rates apply to these relationships.
Before you create exchange rate feeds, verify the following items are created:
A new row is displayed at the top of the exchange settings list.
For example, select United States Dollar (USD).
For example, select Canadian Dollar (CAD), Japanese Yen (JPY), and Euro (EUR) to set an exchange rate between these currencies and the currency in the Functional Currency field.
Daily or Monthly in the Frequency field to designate the frequency of exchange rate updates. You can click Edit to edit an exchange rate setting, and Delete to delete it.
You can click Refresh for a specific currency rate to refresh that currency rate.
