The operating width of this machine is 1.250 mm (50") With the combination of the machine structure and robot flexibility, the machine can cut all 3D shapes possible and mark all 4 sides of your material. This system gives you the ability to create complex connections and copes and allows you to increase your production speed. Voortman TL-1800G3 coping robotic robot is used to speed up the Voortman v808 thermal cutting machine. To accurately measure profile dimensions, the robot's torch nozzle comes equipped with a measuring device. The machine parameters adjust to compensate for the difference in actual and theoretical dimensions. This ensures that you get the best possible product. The coping machine measures only the sides to be cut in order to speed up this process.
AFD CNC Flange and Plate Drilling Machine is able to drill 6 to 80 mm | 1/4” to 3-1/8” thickness within its own working area. Material is driven on the table with balls by fixing it with hydraulic clamping jaws. Material is positioned to the desired coordinates for drilling/marking/tapping by CNC program and then operation starts.
