Voortman sets up safety measures after a machine is installed or a production line. These safety measures include light curtains, emergency cords, and emergency stop buttons. Voortman made it a priority to provide a safe production line and not stop production if an operator has to enter the safe zone. By using gated light curtains that allow loading and unloading of machines while they continue processing, and by providing remote controls with a kill switch so operators can perform tasks within the safety zone, this is possible.

The machine housing contains the entire roller-feed measurement system. This allows for complete flexibility in planning and expansion of your workshop. VACAM software comes with an Office Edition. VACAM Office Edition functions in a similar manner to VACAM Control software. This edition is focused on preparing your products into usable items. The interface is designed to focus on the preparation tasks and provide real-time insight into the material load. This will allow you monitor your production process. VACAM Office provides production information for the whole company.

The hardened hydraulic jaws have a piston to help fix material and prevent any faults. AFD Flange and Plate Drilling Machines can drill, tab and mill, and mark with scribing and dot. (optional).

Your operator will quickly learn to use the PCR42 Plasma cutter in less that a day. The interface is extremely user-friendly and straightforward to use. Mac-Tech will be there to assist you if needed.
