Sliding roller conveyors allow you to complete your profiles from front to back. This allows you to use all material. The minimum infeed/outfeed length is reduced by the sliding roller conveyors to 1.400mm (55inches) in full automation with cross-transports as well as in- and outfeed conveyors.

Voortman TL-1800G3 coping robotic robot is used to speed up the Voortman v808 thermal cutting machine. To accurately measure profile dimensions, the robot's torch nozzle comes equipped with a measuring device. The machine parameters adjust to compensate for the difference in actual and theoretical dimensions. This ensures that you get the best possible product.
