Owning our Robotic Coping and Profiling system is equivalent to an optimized fabrication process that has been automated specifically to bring ease to fabricators and metalwork manufacturers as it can easily work the processes of angle lines, beam drill lines, hydraulic punches, ironworkers, band saws and coping machines respectively. This is simply a way to take your fabrication processes from zero to a hundred!

We will work closely with you to develop a solution that suits your needs. This could include implementation in an existing production line, outside loading, and roller conveyors. The machine housing contains the entire roller-feed measurement system. This allows for complete flexibility in planning and expansion of your workshop. Start with a simple layout, and then expand the machine with more automated logistics. You can also add additional machines later as your business grows. To integrate the machine to an MSI beam line, full automatic profile transport can be provided. Our/The VACAM software controls sensors drag-dogs and liftables for transporting profiles onto and off the outfeed roller conveyor. Select products will automatically be made from the trading lengths. Cross-transports can handle multiple profiles. The machine can operate independently for a considerable time.

VACAM software comes with an Office Edition. VACAM Office Edition functions in a similar manner to VACAM Control software. This edition is focused on preparing your products into usable items. The interface is designed to focus on the preparation tasks and provide real-time insight into the material load. This will allow you monitor your production process. VACAM Office provides production information for the whole company.

The hardened hydraulic jaws have a piston to help fix material and prevent any faults. AFD Flange and Plate Drilling Machines can drill, tab and mill, and mark with scribing and dot. (optional).
