Our Voortman V807 robot can handle profiles up to 1.050mm (42") if this width is not required. The V808 can thermally process rat holes, slotted web and "dogbone" cuts, copes at the beginning or end of products, block outs, holes of all sizes and shapes, weld preparations, marking on all four sides, and many other types of cuts.

The V808 features an 8-axis cutting machine that is agile and can process any width profile within its range. Voortman has also added two additional axes to six of the Panasonic robot's six, giving the machine an extremely wide reach. The machine can even be placed under the raw material. Voortman program the robot so it can maneuver in the best possible position. This improves cutting quality.
Voortman V808 does not require a clean cut for every product in a nesting. This reduces scrap to a minimum and saves time. The last cut of a product will also be the first cut for the next product. To reduce costs, the V808 can either import DSTV+ files from VACAM or use VACAM’s beam nesting module. This allows for continuous nestings to get the most out of each stock length.
