Assembly employees will still need to measure the fourth side of a profile even though they have only marked three sides. Voortman V808 is able to handle all four sides, which will reduce time and cost in your workshop's assembly area.

The V808 comes with an 8-axis robotic cutting cutter that is agile enough to process all profiles up to the maximum width. Voortman has placed two additional axes in addition to the six that are provided by the Panasonic robot. This gives the machine a wider reach and allows it to place itself beneath the raw materials. Voortman has programmed the robot to ensure it is always in the most stable position. This helps improve cutting quality.

AFD CNC Flange and Plate Drilling Machine is able to drill 6 to 80 mm | 1/4” to 3-1/8” thickness within its own working area. Material is driven on the table with balls by fixing it with hydraulic clamping jaws. Material is positioned to the desired coordinates for drilling/marking/tapping by CNC program and then operation starts.

If this profile width is not possible, the VoortmanV807, our latest coping robot, can often be used to process profiles up to 1.050mm (42).
