FAST PROFILE MEASURINGThe Voortman V808 robot thermal cutting machine is equipped the versatile, fast and accurate Panasonic TL-1800G3 coping robotic. To measure exact profile dimensions, the torch nozzle is equipped with a measuring sensor. To ensure the best possible result, the robot compensates for any difference between the actual measured dimensions and the theoretical dimensions during the cutting process. The coping robot measures only the sides of the profile to save time.

In order to integrate the machine with a fully automated MSI beamline, full-automatic profile transportation is available. Our/The VACAM Software controls the sensored liftables and drag-dogs which transport profiles onto and out of the outfeed roll conveyor. Select products will be automatically produced from the trading lengths. Cross-transports allow the machine's ability to handle multiple profiles.
VACAM also offers an Office Edition. VACAM Office Edition is similar to VACAM Control and Operating software. It helps you prepare your products to be made into productionable items. You can monitor and control your production process by using the user interface. It focuses on preparation activities. VACAM Office allows you to access production information across your entire company.
Voortman puts in safety measures after installing a machine. These safety measures consist of emergency cords, light curtains, or emergency stop buttons. Voortman's top priorities include delivering a safe production system, while not allowing operators to stop production from entering the zone. Operators can access the safety zone by using remote controls equipped with a kill button and gated light curtain to allow loading and unloading.
