Why is an I-beam better than a solid beam

The Voortman beam and coping machine has very few moving components, which makes maintenance easy and affordable. Voortman has been designed for worldwide use and only uses parts from top manufacturers. The majority of components can be obtained locally. Voortman always has spare parts available for next-day delivery in the USA. We offer local service and support in almost all of our overseas destinations.

We train every operator on how to operate the machine using Peddimat. This is because you may be faced with a situation where a customer has a couple pieces of steel that require holes or layout markings and you need to be able produce these quickly without causing any inconvenience to your detailing staff, who might be working on a larger project.

If you have any questions about the quality of our Robotic-coping and profiling machines, we can tell you that they have passed the most important fabrication tests, including hardness and surface texture, beam access hole quality, bolt hole size, positioning, and perpendicularity. As usual, the Voortman CNC profiling and coping machine has been made available through our stocking. This machine is built to an extraordinary standard, hence its exceptional capacities.

The CNC Beam Coping Machine, which is the world's most affordable beam coper, is the result a strong collaboration with Voortman (the number one manufacturer structural steel fabricating machinery).

Voortman uses a special torch nozzle. It can last approximately 3 to 6 months depending upon how hot it is. Because the torchnozzle has a break-away head that directs the torch nozzle it is almost impossible for it to be bent. The heat from gases passing through the torch nozzle eventually wears out the nozzles. Replacement torch tips start at $75 per tip.
