Gabby's Dolphin Tours PCB offers guided snorkeling, swimming with wild dolphins and boat tours in Panama City Beach. We offer this unique experience to individuals, families, and groups of any size.
The boat has all the equipment you need to snorkel at no additional cost. Capri Suns will be available on the boat, as well as complimentary bottled water. Bring your own beverages, snacks, or BYOB.
In the course of your excursion, you will visit Panama City Pass and explore the area where St. Andrews Bay and the Gulf of Mexico converge. This is where we locate dolphins and will show you how to get in the water and see them up close.
Captain Jack was an amazing man. He was very knowledgeable. We decided what was most important to him and he chose dolphin sightings for the majority.
These are some of Florida's most beautiful snorkeling beaches! Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe provide the ideal starting point for your adventure.
After many years of watching dolphins in their natural habitats, our guides are skilled at locating them and safely instructing our guests how to enter the water to see them. You will be accompanied by your captain to snorkel alongside starfish, pufferfishes, welch cones, sanddollars and other sea creatures.
Gabby's Dolphin ToursPCB has highly-trained and experienced captains who are skilled in spotting, observing and interpreting dolphin behavior and movements. We keep the boat safe and show you how to get into the water to have a closer look at the dolphins.
Your group will jump into the water first before the dolphins. This will make the dolphins curious and they will swim towards you instead of away. Since dolphins are wild animals, it is best to be uninterested in them. This can be attributed to those who are only interested in someone when they show little care. This is probably how mom met your dad.
We will bring you as close to dolphins and as safe as possible. The dolphins will decide how close or far they want to be able to interact with them. We practice passive observation, which simply means we let the dolphins approach us. Our dolphins in St. Andrews Bay can be extremely playful and interactive. Many of our guests have memorable encounters with them.
Our Dolphin & Island Tours last approximately 3 hours. Seasonally, departure times may vary. We currently leave the dock at 9:00 am and 12:30 pm.
If we swim parallel to dolphins instead of swimming towards them or reaching out to them (which is also illegal), then this will be the best, most ethical way to allow dolphins to come to our aid.
Our Pricing & Information section provides complete information regarding pricing, policies as well as what you can expect.
It was wonderful. The captain was great. We were even shown a jelly fish type that doesn't sting. We stopped by a large area with many shells. It was a wonderful time, and everyone will return.
What a great idea for spending a day! We took our 22-year-old son, along with his friends, out for half the day. The pontoonboat was wonderful as was the whole day. Rob was wonderful and everyone had an amazing time.
It's all worth it once you get there because the water is the most beautiful I've ever seen. The water is so clear that it feels like you're swimming in a pool. We had no idea what to expect, so we went with the intention of spending a few hours on the island. Come prepared to spend the entire day!
Dolphins, loggerhead turtles, green sea turtles, ghost crabs, beach mice, nine-banded armadillos, alligators that live in the island's lake, marsh rabbits, racoons, and other wildlife can be found on Shell Island.
Wear nothing but a swimsuit. Dolphins have extremely sensitive skin, and because you will be able to touch them during your interaction, we recommend that you refrain from wearing sunscreen, oils, or perfumes.
