Fantastic! Absolutely amazing! My eyes were glued to the screen during the enirity of reading your poem BlueEyes! My imagination is still lost in the words you wrote. I enjoy your deep deep perception of things! Great use of language and a vast and admirable vocabulary you possess and hone to perfection for your craft! Keep up the great work! :) I am certainly a fan!

Home

How should one describe Home,

Home is like a fine wine, it only gets better with age.

Home is like a college freshmen,
it is well developed with unlimited potential if we only guide it.

Home is like any big city in a hip hop song,
it is a living and breathing system of people.

Home is like a grain of sand,
with enough care and the correct conditions it will become a shining pearl.

Home is like a piece of coal,
with enough pressure and heat it shall become a priceless diamond.

So is Home a gaming network with a few social aspects
or is it a social network for gamers?
The question is forever unanswered,
Why may you ask,
Because...
Home is like a piece of art
Everyone sees it differently.

Connection 3D

What is this place called Home, you ask?
Each part of this world is a space
Where avatars roam in a virtual Home
Updated and expanded by the week.

Since everyone you meet in Home
is an online PlayStation user,
Behind those avatars are real people
Meeting to chat in a virtual place

Our friends join in to chat and play
Together, in-game, for the glory
For Home rewards that we so prize
To proudly unlock and display.

Each week brings more things to explore,
New spaces, new friends, new stuff.
Demand for new features and content
Will never be quite enough

Did I mention the stores in Home?
Oh yes, there are more than a few.
Since our money pays for the network fees
We snag clothing or an island or two

But no one has to buy anything here.
Instead, free access to our friends
is the key to community; so let's invite
Our folks to the beach and have a ball

Or watch a video in the cinema,
Share a game launch, destroy some bots.
Show your spirit in the way you game!
Home will grow, and so will you

It's an entire virtual world
in there, living inside the PS3.
Free to visit and engaging to roam,
There's no gamer platform quite like Home.

No Place Like Home

I open my virtual eyes and see a familiar place
The glittering harbor visible from above;
A small, but special personal space
I am somewhere that I love.

I walk ouside to check new trends
The Central Plaza never sleeps;
A familiar scene, a gathering of friends
But only if you avoid the creeps.

From here my journey really starts
Time to get out my PDA;
My favorite places, marked by hearts
A button press and I’m whisked away.

I can go anywhere and be anyone
Games and adventure is what I seek;
I know that I can always have fun
Because there’s new content every week.

I dearly love the friends I’ve made
They’re with me for the good and bad;
My memories will never fade
Of the wonderful times we’ve had.

Nothing compares, no matter where I may roam
Because now I know; There’s no place like Home.

Opened the latch of my Harbour apartment
Walked out to the Plaza and was surprised to see
Nothing but ghosts with a city serene.

I fell down the stairs blind and rolled to the ground
A fair maiden came by with a smile on her face
She said "I'm worth the wait" so wait til it loads.

Peeps started appearing walking about
Tripping along strutting their stuff
Somebody came over and called me "Sup"
Guess they didn't see my name on my head.

Up on the dance floor I discovered my groove
To a snap popping uplifting rocking little tune
CHAIN SWING, SWING YOUR CHAIN, JOIN THE GANG, CHAIN GANG, CHAIN GANG,
It's a chitty little song I surely agree!
All out of rhyme here to a song out of key.

I went to the mall and looked through through some stores
Saw a guy go in wearing like me some noobie trash
He came out a girl dressed to the max.
While others played chess oblivious to Christina Lee
I watched her short promo that was showing for free.

With my new cowboy hat I decided on bowling
Guys were asking chicks "Could you send me a pic?"
I threw me some balls after waiting in line
It took me awhile til I threw a strike.

Time moved along and I bought a log cabin
I had it made, a place to get away from life's pains
Somewhere I could go and chill out from the world.

More adventures soon followed and people were met
Games to be played and talks that were held
From dolphies to turkeys at discos in Neptune
I wander and roam through this place called Home.

Have fun :)

WORD

Glitching out a rhy-
thm on the benches
is for noobs

Trash talking an avi
'til she cries is just
too rude

Where you think you're
going? To the Playground
to enforce

A normal conversation
with an old man
'bout a H.O.R.S.E

Central Plausible
By Olivia_Allin

Oh my holy cow
I really don’t know how
In Central Plaza there is no retreat
So I just have to take a seat
And watch the noobz as they are on the prowl

Don’t think that its noodz I don’t like
It’s not like they scratch or can bite
And their questions though many
I have answers a plenty
Even if to explain it could take me all night

On one thing we all can agree
No exceptions for you or for me
Though they start off as default
It really isn’t their fault
We were all a noob once don’t you see

No it’s Trolls that I can’t stand the sight
And there purpose is to be such a blight
Taking pride in being rude
And breathe smelling of cat food
They enjoy the attention of starting a fight

Some act like they were dropped on their head
Or many they were never breast feed
Maybe it’s their mothers who failed
Because when they should have been held
Mom held the pole while she danced instead

With my PS3 controller in hand
Through life’s hour glass passes deserts of sand
Home’s perfection may have holes
As long as you don’t feed the trolls
On their own they will find a way to get banned

You see for me Home is a perfect fit
So in Central Plaza on my bench I will sit
Just forget about the bad
There is so much fun to be had
And for those that try to ruin it “Go eat some Tic Tacs”
…what?... what did you think I was going to say…hehe
