I swear help from US moderators or HCV to resolve a very UNFAIR issue which appear since the PSN is back....

Many of Europeans use US account or JP/HK etc...As many americans (and not the less celebrities!^^), they spend a lot of $ to buy items, clothes or spaces

and they are real supporter of home, BUT.......

Sadly, when they create their US account they use a wrong E-mail !!!! And now they can't log on USA Home ....Is it like that than Sony thanks his loyal customer?

Some of my friends spend more than 1000$ on their US account! It seems Sony accept their $ without difficulties ! ALL these peoples needs HELP from SCEA,

Many of them don't speak english, and sometimes they are afraid to reveal to SCEE than they use an US account!

So, i asks all the goods persons of this forum to help my compatriots to recover easily their account!

IF MOD'S or HCV can publish a TUTORIAL in simples words which i can translate in all european usuals languages, it would be very kind!

PLEASE SONY DON'T SHOW YOUR BACK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS....Thank you all, have a nice day!

Yeah this is a big problem for some U.S. users as well,all my side accounts are useless too.A friend of mine said there were directions on the Sony website for this problem but i haven't looked myself.Wish i could be more help,sorry.

I think you need to call the Sony Customer Service number. They said that if your email on your account was no longer valid that you would need to have an account email that works. Sony knows full well that people have multiple accounts and they could easily stop the use of other regions accounts by IP banning.

I think if you call and talk to the representative – you'll need a console serial number as I recall – they will most likely reset your password without too much trouble. I suspect getting to the customer service number might be difficult because it's probably very busy.

I'll see if I can find the number and post it later.
