hello everybody!
it seems that Sony, in its fight hard for hackers, as they are now carrying out DDOS attacks on servers Sony ... So it is either the result of an attack or while Sony is making an anti DDOS maintenance or anti hack ...

for instance i'm not allowed to connect my us account or euro account!even the forums arent running for me...

here the source:http://www.korben.info/bon-courage-sony.html

take care, some BAD language!
I want to clarify that it is purely for information purposes, I am in no way agree or disagree with these people ....

Noted hacker group Anonymous issued a threat to Sony this morning saying it would attack its web domains in response to the company taking legal action over George Hotz and others over breaking the PlayStation 3's security.

The group issued a press release on its website, telling Sony: "You have victimized your own customers merely for possessing and sharing information, and continue to target those who seek this information. In doing so you have violated the privacy of thousands of innocent people who only sought the free distribution of information." The group also posted a video threat on YouTube

Soon afterwards, Sony said on its Twitter account that PSN is currently "undergoing sporadic maintenance" and that access to the PSN "may be interrupted throughout the day." Additionally, the PlayStation Blog and the official PlayStation website have since been loading slowly or not at all.

SCEA has yet to officially confirm these issues are due to a cyber attack. We'll update this story if the company releases a statement.

Posted below is the full, written statement from Anonymous:
Congratulations! You are now receiving the attention of Anonymous. Your recent legal actions against fellow internet citizens, GeoHot and Graf_Chokolo have been deemed an unforgivable offense against free speech and internet freedom, primary sources of free lulz (and you know how we feel about lulz.)
You have abused the judicial system in an attempt to censor information about how your products work. You have victimized your own customers merely for possessing and sharing information, and continue to target those who seek this information. In doing so you have violated the privacy of thousands of innocent people who only sought the free distribution of information. Your suppression of this information is motivated by corporate greed and the desire for complete control over the actions of individuals who purchase and use your products, at least when those actions threaten to undermine the corrupt stranglehold you seek to maintain over copywrong, oops, "copyright".

Your corrupt business practices are indicative of a corporate philosophy that would deny consumers the right to use products they have paid for, and rightfully own, in the manner of their choosing. Perhaps you should alert your customers to the fact that they are apparently only renting your products? In light of this assault on both rights and free expression, Anonymous, the notoriously handsome rulers of the internet, would like to inform you that you have only been "renting" your web domains. Having trodden upon Anonymous' rights, you must now be trodden on.

If you disagree with the disciplinary actions against your private domains, then we trust you can also understand our motivations for these actions. You own your domains. You paid for them with your own money. Now Anonymous is attacking your private property because we disagree with your actions. And that seems, dare we say it, "wrong." Sound familiar?

Let Anonymous teach you a few important lessons that your mother forgot: 1. Don't do it to someone else if you don't want it to be done to you. 2. Information is free. 3. We own this. Forever.

As for the "judges" and complicit legal entities who have enabled these cowards: You are no better than SONY itself in our eyes and remain guilty of undermining the well-being of the populace and subverting your judicial mandate.

The thing I will never understand about these people who hack into the system is they are writing this stuff about this being for the public good and against corporations yet when they do this they are hurting the people they are supposedly standing up for. Sony is a big enough corporation that they could shut down home and their network tomorrow, and though it may cost them a bit of revenue, it would certainly not finish them, but it would finish us instead. We the consumers are using this and yes we know the rules and that if we don't follow them we will suffer the consequences. But that is true of most things in life. It is like saying that When I rent a truck to move I should be able to keep it for as long as I want without having to take it back because I paid for it. Yes we are basically renting the stuff on Home and are under certain codes of conduct to keep that right, but this was our choice! We did what we have done knowingly, and these others have no right to my things or my ability to access them at all. This hurts us as users, not Sony. STOP HACKING! Please.

I'd explain, but it would take far more braincells than I'm willing to sacrifice.

Really all you need to do is go to Urban Dictionary and to a search for the following: Anonymous, 4chan, and /b/. Be warned though, therapy may be required afterwards. Or a new brain.

Holy cripes!!!!!! After reading that chat log i think it's almost inevitable that sony will see a class action lawsuit out of this if they were truely monitoring and saving things that it's illegal for them to do so.No wonder they were so tight lipped in the beginning,if they were really engaged in illegal behavior the TOS might not protect them from anything.I hope this doesn't mean the death of the PSN but it's not looking good atm if everything in that chat log is true.It is kinda funny that the hackers were concerned about opening up certain things sent to them, guess even hackers can get hacked.

Sony executive Kaz Hirai apologizes for PlayStation Network outage in a press release just now "PS 3 will have a new system software update requiring users to change their user names and passwords. The password can only be changed on the same PS 3 on which the account was created or via validated email" .. "Sony will provide a complimentary offering for identity theft protection services in each affected country. The company will roll out a program with a selection of premium services for consumers. This “welcome back” content will have free downloads, and 30 days of free PlayStation Plus network service" .. "In about a week’s time, the service is expected to restart" ... this was totally unexpected, i figured on a tshirt / hoodie or possibly a $5 game but this "welcome back pack" is more than generus in my opinion, yes they needed better security & very slow on updates, but the hackers are the real morons & i'm no computer wiz but from what the press release said the security should be a good foundation...

(cont) ... to keep building on as far as the new security goes, plus they had to rebuild their whole network & move it too a entirely different location, so i think Sony handled everything very satisfactory not excellent mind you but good enough in my eyes. now just a matter of time before the ones responsible get caught & they will be, im sure, and that should close out the PSN OUTAGE 2011 drama.. one perk may be that the people that jumped ship on PSN are likely to be sum of the pervs & trolls on PSH.. heres the site i read the press release on " http://venturebeat.com/2011/04/30/psn-outage-apolog/ "

p.s. Still wouldn't mind a tshirt / hoodie saying "I SURVIVED PSN OUTAGE 2011" & on the opposite side "WITH DIGNITY" ,.. even if i had to buy it ¦^ )
