Game Mechanics Reveals the SeaClyff Retreat — Night
by Burbie52, HSM team writer
With the saturated personal estate market in Home being what it is, new spaces have to have that extra something to draw you in. Enter SeaClyff Retreat – Night, by Game Mechanics.
The original SeaClyff Retreat is one of the best estates ever released in Home. Its myriad innovations, including automatic doors and the way the sound is able to be changed from room to room without blending into the next, are oft-repeated feature requests from the community for a very long time. And now, for the more nocturnal amongst us, we are graced with a new version of the estate: SeaClyff Retreat at Night.
This is a totally revamped space, not just a copypasta version, with a lot of new changes to its makeup. All of the essential offerings are there — changing wallpapers, a hot-tub you can turn off and on, a helicopter that does the same, and of course the music and all of the interactive doors and kitchen appliances are the same. But added to those you now have four new wallpapers in addition to the originals (something that will be also added free of charge to your existing SeaClyff ) to boot. Also, the hot-tub has lights that toggle off and on when you turn off the tub, and there are also lights that run around the edge of the backyard deck that can be used if you wish.
New jazz music is available for your listening pleasure, with five new songs adding a touch of class to the night, and the Man Cave sign in the basement is also able to be hidden (another thing added to your existing space), just like the built-in Solitaire table that gifts anyone who wins a game with a version of itself to take home. There are lights on the boats floating in the water offshore — and it is truly a dark space. With the lights off, you will feel like you are in a real night, which makes it a perfect setting for parties and those fireworks you have stashed away. This kind of darkness has, I believe, never been done in Home before.
There are five new rewards you and your friends can obtain in the space, as well as two rewards that are owner exclusive. The chair you get is active at two slots, but will allow you to sit up close to any table. The owner-exclusive outside lamp can be turned off and on, but only takes one slot. Also being released are a nice active gaming table (three slots) and an elegant fireplace that can be turned off and on (two slots). The noisy toilet (two slots) that is burned into the space is now available to be purchased for your other spaces as well, in both black and white versions. All of these are reasonably priced at $1.99. The Jazzy Radio looks like a retro version radio and costs $2.49.
The space is available in both clubhouse and personal versions, and the price for those who already own the day version is only $4.99. If you don’t own them, it costs $19.99 for the personal and $14.99 for the clubhouse. There are also bundle packs that give you both club and personal along with the Jazzy Radio for only $24.99, and if you want all of the spaces day/night, plus radio, you can get that bundled as well for $34.99.
If you liked the previous version of this wonderful space, you will love the new one. It is available in x7 this week and will be released into the general public next update. So go check out the newest space in town; you won’t be disappointed.

Again we listened to what people wanted even after releasing the day version of our space. The two changes we made (more wallpaper and hiding the man cave sign) we made in the day space as well. We try and give the people what they want. We will be continuing to do that.
We were really happy we were able to do this space. Having a really dark space for people to play with decorating and partying is a lot of fun.
We are hearing all good things. That is what is important.
Thanks for getting the word out.
