Fashion Dump, Volume Three

by Jin Lovelace, HSM team writer & filmmaker

For 2014, not even one fiscal quarter old yet, Home has already rung in some of the hottest clothing commodities I’ve sacrificed my money to, and with it saw a bevy of creations that filled my save slots.

The third volume of the Fashion Dump series saw a few outfits from my closet, ranging from Lockwood’s new Foal Prints and Patterns attire, Winter fashions for the upcoming Material World project, Daily Fashions wear, to a strange discovery of my Infinitum: the Midnight Feast outfit that was saved nearly two years ago after the production of that project.

In honesty, as much as I am confident of the work that I produce, I was unsure of this machinima. Countless issues arose during the editing process of this piece, so a few effects and transitions are either missing or unnoticeable. This will be fixed in the next few weeks, but as of now I just went on ahead and tried to do with what I had finished and worry about the rest later.

My direction for this third iteration of the Fashion Dump series, however, was to coincide with the high energetic music found in the hit single “Feel the Vibration” by Marky Mark (Wahlberg) and the Funky Bunch.

Though I don’t feel this piece truly showcases my hard work on the education I’ve undergone on filming and editing, I’m at least happy with a few of the elements that are in this piece, and I hope you enjoy this third entry to the Fashion Dump series.

Cheers!
