I’ve been toying around with the idea of creating a quasi-music video to feature and help promote virtual fashions, but I’ve always thought the idea would be cheesy — mainly due to the glut of similar machinima from the Home community that generally has more aspiration than polish in the product.

But, of course, fashion does make the statement — and with Dani’s new Chic Rock apparel, the statement couldn’t be any louder.

The line is a psychedelic take on a hint of nostalgia (for me, at least) while maintaining the clean lines and the signature sultriness only Dani purveys. In my recent article I’ve laid out some examples as to what you could do with the clothing in general. Either you can combine them with the existing Dani apparel, or combine them with your favorite clothing in your wardrobe.

This video is a combination of music and fashion video, though it’s merely just me testing out the waters of my editing and camera skills. Nothing changed a bit aside from a new logo overlay and keeping in pace with the old- and new-school instrumental by Foxy Brown. Hope you enjoy.
