Winter Catalog 2013

by Jin Lovelace, HSM team writer & filmmaker

This Winter I had it in mind to create some legitimate fashion outfits for the holiday season. It’s not to be overtly creative or go haywire on festive colors, but to actually based the fashions on what I see in the real world. Though these four designs serve as a sample for what’s to come, I hope everyone enjoys these initial offerings.

Further, I can say that I’m very happy to see Home’s developers taking their time to finally create more elaborate Winter fashions for Home. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve no qualms donning JAM Games’ sexy Santa suits or even the very first Mrs. Claus costume found in Costumes (a classic, yes) that I still have a fondness for, but there are tons of fashions available that I desired to explore more into and to create elaborate designs for those who wish for a classy motif — or, at the very least, those who want to think outside of the “bad Santa baby” satire laced with some heavy twerking.

The musical choice for this is an instrumental version of a piece by Black Star titled “Respiration”. I find this song to be fitting with this catalog and the setting, to which I didn’t feel the need to slow it down but more so to keep in pace with the season’s theme.

I hope you enjoy the presentation.
