Fashion Pick-Ups Vol. II

By Jin Lovelace; team writer, videographer, and fashionist

This has been a wonderful first half of the year for fashion, and a great season for Home. Much to the chagrin of some, VEEMEE has been on a roll this time around with a plethora of fashions to date, namely in their new line of fashions, “Street Styles”.

I was skeptical when it came to the apparel, due to the past releases of the similar styles appealing to street culture. They were highly over-exaggerated, and aesthetically unappealing. However, VEEMEE’s Street Style clothing has a certain charm that I personally enjoy. It’s flashy, but subtle and definitely accessible. Sensual, yet not too sexy.

Louisiana JacketThe Wrangler wear is starting to become a very strong brand in Home’s fashion wardrobe this time around. Recently, there has been a drought in the pants department and a lack of diversity as well. Wrangler’s denim commodity not only adds an incredible depth and flair to your outfit designs, but the different colors makes them quite accessible to almost any top available.

For this alone, the items you’ll see in the video (and my article of the same name on my Twilight Touch website) are suggested items and my recent pick-ups. The Wrangler items are so good, you can combine them with others in the same line to design an effective outfit. (The Louisiana  Jacket segment is one example.)

Of course, I hope you enjoy.
