Adventure in a Pack: Juggernaut Games
by Phoenix, HSM team writer
Juggernaut.
Webster’s definition: a massive inexorable force, campaign, movement, or object that crushes whatever is in its path <an advertising juggernaut> <a political juggernaut>.
Juggernaut Games has gone a long way in Home. As of last July, Juggernaut unveiled the first of many in a line of bundles called Adventure Packs. These packs have some of the most interesting and innovative items to be marketed in Home. They are one-of-a-kind items; they don’t resemble anything else in Home and their desirability for Home’s purchasing market is made even sweeter by the fact that these items use small amounts of furniture slots and often come with attractive bundle prices.
Juggernaut just keeps giving with their adventure packs. So far, they’ve had one for each of the most recent holidays, starting with the Winter Adventure Pack, which brought snowball fights to Home and all the fun Christmas items. Then they gave us the Valentines-Classy Date Pack and the most recent Emerald Isle Adventure Pack. Now there’s a Spring Adventure Pack awaiting on the horizon. Not to mention the Adventure Pack that started them all, the Steampunk Adventure Pack.
The Steampunk Pack included (amongst other things) a clock that tells the real time and uses three slots, a mechanical spider, and a robot companion. Then there was the Nautilus Adventure Pack, filled with some incredible
underwater active items. This pack included things like luminous kelp and bubbling fissures, changing any personal space into an underwater playground. These fun-filled extravaganzas have the added desirable trait of using less furniture slots then most active items as well.
Juggernaut’s new adventure pack promises to be another must-have, bringing the same desirable traits to Home’s purchasing market. Fun items that use less furniture slots at an easy to love price. The spring adventure pack contains, among other things, an item many in Home have been asking for: an active carousel.
The pack will also include some items waiting for customization: flower beds in three sizes for that springtime look. There are twenty vases that can be placed around your personal space if you are one that truly loves flowers, and these will only use six furniture slots. There’s an active working swing set, and you can relive those childhood memories with this one. Juggernaut has also included for the nature lovers a bird’s nest complete with nesting bird, and rabbit hutch with rabbits.
After all, what is spring without the rabbits, Jackalopes and Easter eggs? For those of us who love an Easter egg hunt, Juggernaut has that bit of fun and festivity too; theirs is an active Easter egg hunt, where you can hide eggs anywhere in your personal spaces and create your own customized hunts. There are eggs (confetti filled) that can be thrown at your friends as well, called cascarones.
Though I have told you a lot of what’s to come in the next adventure pack from Juggernaut, I haven’t told you all, so there are still some surprises in the spring adventure pack. Wednesday is the first day of spring, and it seems only fitting for this new content to hit Home’s market at that time. If you enjoyed any of the other adventure packs, keep your eyes peeled for this new adventure pack to hop on to the scene within the next new content update.
