Winter Dresses by Granzella
by Jin Lovelace, HSM filmmaker
The winter season — one of two of my favorite seasons — is upon us. I’m reaching for my hot cup of spicy cinnamon cocoa and my heated cinnamon bun.
I have a lot of fond memories of the winter holidays, both in real life and on Home. From the time where I spent the weekend in the cabin on the mountains of North Carolina, watching my mother bake my favorite sweet cornbread pudding, to waking up to Ralphie beating down the neighborhood bully, Scott Farkus, in my all-time favorite Christmas movie (A Christmas Story), winter is a a season where timeless classics are born and snuggling up to a nice, warm body becomes much significant.
This video piece represents one of my fondest memories: back when I was in the cabin, listening to a jazz piece titled “A Bridge Over the Stars” by pianist Keiko Matsui, while I was sitting in front of an open fireplace watching the snow fall around the neighborhood. The right piece of music in the right setting can unlock all sorts of amazing emotions and mental images.
To her piece, then, are the composition choices in this video presentation. The dresses are the star of this show. This served as a piece for my Twilight Touch article written here, as I expound on the exquisite detail that’s in these commodities.
You can find the Flower ($3.99 per-bundle) and Knitted Dresses ($1.99 a piece) in the Casual tab under Granzella in the Navigation menu. And, as always, many thanks to HSM for highlighting Twilight Touch fashion content. We are thrilled to have this partnership.

Lovely video, as always, Jin.
Off all of these I purchased the purple flower combo and the argyle sweater dresses. The only thing I wish taht Granzella would do is offer the things they have in sets as individual pieces. I wanted the boots from the purple flower dress but had to purchase the whole thing to get a pair. I have worn the dress since, but not because I really wanted it but because I figured I bought it and might as well use it. I think they would sell more if they gave us the choice to buy things piecemeal. I would buy more boots for example, but I can’t justify the $4 price tag to get another pair.
Great video as always Jin. Keep up the good work.
That’s the one thing Granzella flaked me on. I love their fashion but my thing, however, is I had to purchase the Safari bundle just to get a particular hairstyle from it. So basically, I made use of some of the pieces in it. Not too bad but I just refuse to spend another dime on a set just for the one item.
You’ve made a good point, for sure. Thanks for the kind words.
