The Depths of U Love Green

by Jin Lovelace, HSM team writer

PlayStation Home has overloaded us consumers this week with a plethora of updates that will take me days for me to review and recover from. To sum it up succinctly, though, Home fashion is shaping up to be a sweet treat this year.

Last year saw a new fashion line released on Home by the name of U Love Green, published by Codeglue. Known for their real life ethical, elegant lingerie and garments with a sultry touch and a natural finish, one can surmise on how well they translate to virtual commodity with little to no creative flaws. For their first release, and in my humble opinion, the designs were absolutely flawless.

What drew me to U love Green’s designs is something not truly incorporated in certain apparel these days, where everything is focused heavily on a skintight fit and accessories. Sometimes, you just desire to wear some items naturally without drowning yourself with fitted accessories to make up the whole set. Don’t get me wrong: this isn’t a bad thing at all, but having a relaxed fit can also calm one’s mind.

In my humble opinion, the U Love Green’s fashion goes beyond the calm and enters you into a solace state of sentiment. In fact, not many would understand why the term “ethical and organic” or how the word ethical can ever relate to these fashions. It’s isn’t about moral acceptance, rather it’s about accordance; a branching synonym to the words organic, natural, and — perhaps — simplistic. When you wear these items, it’s not just about how you look, but how you feel.

With that, this line of release is nothing short but breathtaking and sensational. Breathtaking due to how naturally these designs entices the eyes.  The sheer brilliance comes from how realistic the fabric just looks, let alone on how it conforms to your body sensually. it’s made to provide personal comfort to one’s mind, not to just make you look good.

You can purchase the items separately — ranging from $0.49 for jewelry accessories and wedge sandals to $0.99 for cami top, boy shorts, and hairstyles — or you can purchase a bundle for $2.99 in either of the two colors: black and natural.

This video presentation shows off the entire collection of what you can purchase in the store. The two settings, the Tuscan Villa and the Island Bungalow, I felt fit the natural essence of the apparel. The wonderful color hues from the two spaces really brought out the said essence favorably.

The music piece “Depths” (by Fat Jon) serves only to give the meaning to what this article is about. My expounding on the fashion line will also be at my website, Twilight Touch.

It is available now in the Codeglue (under the new section of the navigation screen on PlayStation Home).

Thanks to U Love Green and Codeglue for bringing a breath of fresh air to my fashion wardrobe. If you excuse me now, I will go in attempts to create some desirable outfits with the use of these clothes.
