Juggernaut Brings Us Winter

Juggernaut Games is well-known in Home now for pushing the envelope when it comes to memory allocation. They started by putting an entire game, MiniBots, into only twenty-two slots, and then they gave us the power of flight with only seven. Flight that could be used in any space.

Now they have decided to tackle the winter scene and give us a whole slew of new customizable holiday items, as well as some very cool new furniture as well. The new flexibility with allotment of memory for active items is really paying off for all of us in Home.

The Winter Adventure pack has a lot of different content. Many of these things are items we have wanted in Home for a long time; others are whimsical, fun pieces meant to add to the Christmas spirit in Home. The Santa chair allows you to sit on Santa’s lap; this is going to make for some interesting times, though like the video indicates, I don’t think that many will have Santa sitting there. It comes with a Naughty or Nice list, and the items only use two furniture slots.

The Penguins and Gingerbread people look like a fun addition, I can’t wait to have these wandering around my clubhouse for my Christmas party I will be throwing this year. I love the idea of a customizable snowman and tree as well, and what is most amazing is the small amount of memory they have been able to use for these things, from one to seven slots only. There is also a gift-giving stocking, and music boxes with some of our favorite songs added to the mix.

That table is going to become a staple year round, I think — not just for Christmas — as it seats six and you can change the look to adapt to your style of furnishings, all for only four memory slots. I hope this is going to be a trend in Home, as it will allow us to use more furniture in our spaces again.

There is a hint in the video of a snowball fighting game, and a sled and ice skates. I hope these are things we will see soon, as I and my friends have wanted to be able to snowball fight in Home every winter I’ve been here. We can only wish that these are coming to us as well, though they aren’t specifically mentioned in the video.

Last but not least, there is a free item coming that will allow it to snow in any space you own. It is kind of funny this showed up today, as my friends and I were just talking last night, wishing that Juggernaut would do just this and bring us snow like they gave us rain earlier this year. The fact they will give us all a free code just for liking them on Facebook or following on Twitter is just icing on the holiday cake. So, everyone, please go to www.juggernaut-games.com, then follow them or like their Facebook page; it will only take seven-hundred of each for everyone in Home to enjoy snow in any space they own! Here is a direct link to their Facebook page and twitter:

Juggernaut has really outdone themselves this Christmas with their usual flair for thinking outside the box and I’m looking forward to seeing what they come up with next; hopefully it will be that snowball game and those skates!

Now I can see why you were so excited Burbie!

The reduction on item slots is a truly great thing, I’ve always found the 22slots to be a hard thing to juggle in my spaces. This stuff looks great too, cant wait for its release.
