SCEA’s Buser and Lockwood’s Halli Revealed As Homelings

by HAPPYkefka-47, HSM Overlord

The Homeling conspiracy took a new and ominous turn on Sunday, as it recently declassified documents, made available through the Freedom of Information Act, revealed that high-ranking individuals within the PlayStation Home development community are in fact prominent leaders of the Homeling Collective.

Of particularly alarming note, there are multiple lines of e-mail communication between Jack Buser, the SCEA Senior Director of PlayStation Digital Platforms, and Halli Bjornsson, CEO of Lockwood Publishing, in which several references to Homeling-related activities are listed.

Notable quotes include:

(On the 1.5 core client update) “Yeah, the multiplayer APIs are pretty sweet! But what’s fun is when we get to 1.7, when the new EULA will include a klenting clause. Make sure that Drey’s ‘Alopecia’ collection is ready to go.”

(On Mercia) “We’re still working on the final level, which involves defending the Gathering of Glory from wave after wave of trolls. The unlockable Cotton Swab weapon will double as a hand item, and players who find the hidden bacon power-up will receive the Fluidic Space personal estate for free.”

(On the release of the Hub) “Cogs will be the centerpiece for now, but we’ll gradually start phasing in elements we want. The Bubble Machine mini-game will look very innocuous.”

Of particular note, these particular e-mails are signed “Mother Buser” and “Sagokungar the Elder” — all circumstantial evidence, to be sure, but suspicious nonetheless.

The implications of this are enormous. It seems that the Homeling conspiracy, once thought limited solely to members of the user community, has in fact spread to the developers as well. We don’t have to tell you what a menace this group is.

Why did all of these ‘fams’ appear out of nowhere? To throw the community off the scent and distract them from closing in on the Homelings. And now that this publication is finally being run by someone who isn’t a paid Sony sycophant, we intend to get to the bottom of this and reveal the truth.

I attempted to politely inquire about this on the Sony forum, but my thread was mysteriously locked without explanation. They can violate my Constitutional right to freedom of speech, management can continue to refuse to answer me, and they can give me one account suspension after another, but they can’t stop me. I will continue until the full story is brought to light. You can’t hide forever, Sony! The truth is out there!
