New Fashions from Lockwood!

Courtesy of Alex Loffstadt, Outso Community Manager

This week sees another quality update from Lockwood Publishing. After last week’s manly update we see a great selection of hosiery to compliment Lockwood’s extensive collection of skirts and the recent addition of short shorts. After a heavy day in heels or boots, there is something wondrous about the freedom of running in stocking feet — from classic stripes, plain black to fit with any colour selection, or softer plaid pastel and polka dots to provide a gentler touch for any outfit.

With their sale of Animated Items finishing this week it also heralds the last two weeks for a selection of Holiday Gifts from the Gift Machine. The following items will be leaving the Gift Machine catalogue on February 10th to make way for a selection of new content. So if you’ve been saving up for:

Roast Turkey

Christmas Pudding

Sparkling Christmas Gift

Christmas Gift with Gold Bow

Mini Christmas Tree

Snow Globe

Then now is the time to act.

As always, if the long socks or any part of the Lockwood catalogue gets your feet dancing or imagination firing, be sure to let Lockwood know.

(Editor’s note: It doesn’t take a genius to realize this release will almost certainly generate substantial sales for some time to come. Take a look at Sony’s top-ten list of downloaded items from the month of November; there were a lot of female virtual clothing items on that list. You can find that list in HSM’s archives if you want to see. Also, we’d like to reinforce Lockwood’s statement that they do want to hear from you, and are very interested in what the Home community wants to see.)

Hmmm… striped knee socks over Echochrome?

I want shoes with those socks so I can wear them out to public spaces. They could easily be combined with some of the flats that Lockwood introduced several months ago. No way to post those pics in the comment thread so I will put them in the magazine Forum section in the Fashions thread

ok, I had to go to the Mall and try them on…. oh, well, it’s only 49 cents …. ok, so there’s a lot of them; I can give up the Starbuck’s lattes for a week oh, this is so cuuuuuute -- now I need that other tunic top I didn’t buy two weeks ago — well, this is good for my health -- caffeine is addictive (buh-Bye, Starbucks)

I love them :) I might have to invest in 3 of them.

Well if Lockwood truly wants to get input I have some. Somebody needs to make more floor length dresses!! And maybe a new wedding gown or two would be nice. I have been to a couple of Home weddings and the biggest complaint is there are no long skirts that can be used except the one wedding dress and the one you get for free from Irem square. They had beautiful ones in Japan and Hong Kong Home, why not bring them here?

  6. keara22hi says:

In the Lockwood store in the Mall, The style is called “Belle”.
