Lockwood Store Update

To all Lockwood fans,

We’ve had a message through from the Lockwood Team with a warning ahead of the PlayStation® Home Update this week. A few select items will be coming off the shelves at Lockwood, specifically:

Guardian Circlet of the Sunless Kingdom
Sorceress Tiara of the Sunless Kingdom
Cauldron of the Sunless Kingdom

If you have these already, don’t worry, this isn’t a recall, so if you’ve bought any of the above items they will be safe. However, if you’ve been thinking about picking up one of these lovely items, then get your skates on, as after this week’s maintenance Lockwood are taking them off the shelves.

The next question is understandably going to be, “Why are you taking these away? We think they’re great!”

To explain, the Cauldron of the Sunless Kingdom was one of Lockwood’s first experiments with active mini game items, and from the feedback you’ve had as much fun playing with it as they had making it. However, it is a themed item and there’s nothing worse than going through a catalogue

and seeing old Christmas decorations and Halloween costumes hanging around and the intention is to keep the catalogue as fresh as possible.

What this means is that although the Sunless Kingdom is going away for now, you can expect to start seeing more themed seasonal content coming to a Lockwood Store near you over the coming months.

If there’s a particular holiday that you think they should pay special attention to or item you think would go down a treat be sure to let the Lockwood Team know at:
