Once you place customers’ orders, your job as a designer isn’t over. It’s important to keep in touch with homeowners during the 4-6
weeks when their KraftMaid

cabinetry is being made to order. This will help put their minds at ease, and the personal attention will
make them more likely to refer you to family and friends.

Send your customers emails or postcards to let them know
you placed their order.
•
Schedule time to take “before” photos of their existing kitchens.
•
Send order-tracking updates so they know their new kitchen
is underway.
•
Call or email after their cabinetry has been delivered to make
sure all of the products arrived and meet KraftMaid Cabinetry’s
high standard of quality.
•
Make arrangements to stop by after the kitchen has been
installed to handle any lingering issues and take “after” photos
that you can use to promote your design skills.
