Au P’tit Bonheur
Geneva
auptitbonheur.ch
When the sun is shining, there are few more striking backdrops
for a lazy brunch than the vast expanse of Lake Geneva. And the
terrace at Au P’tit Bonheur, in the pretty commune of Pregny-
Chambésy, offers a cracking view from its south-western shore.
No surprise the American-style Sunday offering – 10am-3pm, at
28CHF (€23) for a set menu including pastries, toast, a choice of
main, juice and coffee – has a devoted expat following.

Café Sperl
Vienna
cafesperl.at
With a history going back to 1880, Sperl feels
less like a tourist trap than certain other
cafés and more a city institution. It also had a
supporting role as a setting in Julie Delpy
and Ethan Hawke’s cult 90s romance
Before
Sunrise
, no doubt inspiring the lovers with
quality
Viennoiserie
(pastries), eggs, waffles
and classic Austrian cakes.

cafés, Sperl featured in

Radost FX

Brunch is still a minority sport in Prague, so Radost is a godsend,
with a cool lounge vibe and the best huevos rancheros in town.
