           North Bethany Funding

           Bringing the North Bethany Community Plan to life required a reliable funding stream for transportation.
           In addition to existing revenue sources, the North Bethany Transportation Funding Strategy created two new
           revenue tools:

              »  North Bethany Transportation System Development Charge: Fees paid by developers at the time
             of a building permit.

              »  North Bethany County Service District (CSD) for Roads: This district was established after voters
             and the Board of Commissioners approved it in 2011. It includes an additional property tax rate
             of $1.25 per/$1,000 of assessed valuation within the North Bethany Subarea.
