He is ASE certified and a Master Mechanic. I've been doing minor repairs to cars for many decades so I know the basics. Brandon is clearly a skilled technician and I was able to see this as he diagnosed the heating problem. He discovered other problems that I thought were related to the water pump. Brandon replaced the water pump and timing belts. He also replaced the radiator, thermostat, and hoses. He was very professional. Brandon kept me updated throughout the repairs. His detailed report after he was done was very appreciated. No surprises. He did what he said. He even degreased his engine. He takes pride in his work. We will use Wrench again, and I will ask Brandon. If I could, I would give 5 stars. I am very satisfied.
