He’s very competent and well educated in automotive repair. ASE certified and a Master Mechanic designation.I have done minor repairs on our cars for decades so I know the basics. Brandon clearly is operating on a high level of competence and I could see that as he diagnosed the over heating issues. He found other issues that I had thought was only related to the water pump. Brandon replaced the water pump, timing belts, radiator (he found it was decaying), thermostat and hoses. He did an excellent job. Brandon kept me informed during the repairs and his detailed report when he was finished was greatly appreciated. No surprises. He did everything he said he would. He even degreased the engine. He has pride in his workmanship. We will definitely use Wrench again and I will request Brandon. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Very satisfied.
