Wrench is our second use of Wrench to fix our Highlander. Brandon was our mechanic. Brandon is an excellent guy. He is very knowledgeable and competent in automobile repair. He is ASE certified, and a Master Mechanic. I have been doing minor repairs on our cars since the 1970s so I know the basics. Brandon is clearly an expert in his field and it was evident when he diagnosed over heating problems. He discovered additional issues that I didn't know were connected to the water heater. Brandon replaced the water pump timing belts, radiator (he saw it was deteriorating), thermostat, hoses, and thermostat. He did a wonderful job. Brandon kept me in the loop throughout the repairs. He also gave me a detailed report when he was done. No surprises. He did everything he said. He even degreased and cleaned the engine. He takes pride and joy in his work. Wrench is a great choice and we will certainly use him again. Brandon, I'm sure, will be our next stop. I'd rate this product 5 stars more if it were possible. Very happy.

Michael did an amazing job fixing our truck. The truck could not be transported back to Arizona so we were stuck. Although we were worried and stressed about not being able make it back on time, he was friendly, professional, and encouraged us. Michael is a hero! My oil light was on and my car started to shake. I didn't want to drive the car to the dealer, so I searched online and found Wrench. I found their prices very reasonable so I booked an appointment for the earliest availability. Austen came out to change my oil on Easter Sunday morning. He was outstanding! He was punctual, polite, on-time, and allowed me to hover over his shoulder while he worked. He answered my questions in detail and patiently. After he had finished, I waited in anticipation to hear about additional fees for different reasons. However, the charges were exactly as stated online. Austen was professional and thorough. Michael was amazing. He was on time and very pleasant to work with. After a quick explanation of the issue he took my car for a test drive and within minutes he had already diagnosed the issue. He had the repair done in about 30 minutes. I would recommend Michael to anyone. If I ever need Wrench again, I'd hope they'd send Michael again.!!!

Michael did an excellent job. He took care of what I needed, then checked my car for all the essentials, and gave me some tips about what to look for. He filled up my radiator to ensure that I had enough coolant/water for my car. I couldn’t have had a better technician! If I need Wrench's services again I don’t think I would want anyone else to help me out!
