A printer manager (or member of a group with “Control Printers” access) may re-order pending jobs in a printer’s print queue. From the printer dashboard (or from the printer “QUEUED” screen), expand the job modification menu for a print job which is not currently printing, see Figure 10.48, and click “Send Job to Front” or “Send Job to Back”.
If no job is currently printing, “Send Job to Front” will move the selected pending print job to the very front of the queue, pushing all the other jobs back.
If a job is currently printing, “Send Job to Front” will move the selected pending print job to the head of the pending (not yet printing) queue (so that it is second in the queue, after the currently printing job), pushing the other pending jobs back.
Clicking “Send Job to Back” will move the selected pending print job to the tail (end) of the print queue.
