Life bites when you're a teen, especially when you're in love with vampire brothers and starring on a show people can't help but compare to a certain sparkly, movie series. Starring Nina Dobrev, The Vampire Diaries follows teenaged Elena as she deals with dating a vampire who's more than a hundred years old and struggles with the various supernatural occurrences in her hometown of Mystic Falls, Virginia. Though with a name like "Mystic Falls" she should have seen that coming.
