Supernatural, a show that exemplifies the often quiet phenomenon of cult television fandom, is a series I've been meaning to dive into for some time. And now that The CW has released a series of "Up to Speed" video promos for their upcoming fall season premieres, I may be able to manage the task of digesting four seasons of Supernatural in time for its September 10th premiere. Or at least last season.
If you missed the fourth season's developments, this two and a half minute recap will explain why Sam is "bff with a demon," introduce you to trench coat wearing angel Castiel and catch you up what went down when Dean caught up with Sam's aforementioned demonic galpal. Supernatural easily looks to be the best of The CW's fall offerings, although Ian Somerhalder alone may make The Vampire Diaries watchable from what I saw in the pilot screened at Comic-Con.
