If you thought the upcoming Lost Complete Series and season six DVD/Blu-Ray sets and were an embarrassment of riches, then you'll really be pleased about the news that they'll contain never-before-seen content, most likely stuff that was supposed to be in the series finale but had to be cut for time.
Michael Emerson said in a recent interview that we'll get a "12-14 minute long" glimpse into Hurley and Ben's life on the Island, and now, thanks to E!, we've got a few more details from Jorge Garcia, who says it'll be "a little epilogue thing" that will "address some of the issues, like food drops, and it will deal with what happened on the island after Hurley took over and how he handled things. It will give you a taste of what took place after Hurley took over as the new number one."
Ben and Hurley may not be the only characters we hear from, though: rumor has it that a certain WAAALT!!! will show up, too. Which, if this is true, would be great since we were kind of wondering what happened to him.
Both the Complete Collection and Sixth Season sets will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on August 24th.
