The blackout is over! FlashForward returns tonight and we've got a few more pieces to add to our mosaic of spoilers. And while we might be able to see what's ahead for Agent Benford and the shadowy individuals at the heart of the vast global conspiracy, ABC has yet to reveal if the search for "Suspect Zero" will extend beyond a single season. We have a feeling the network will put major weight on the numbers tonight's two-hour return brings in. With the addition of geek-bait James Callis to the cast and some heavy promotion on ABC's part, there's still a chance it won't be lights out for the series come May. In the meantime, here's a glimpse into the immediate future of FlashForward.
- Tonight's two-parter is titled "Revelation Zero." It'll be followed by "Blowback," 3/25 and "Better Angels," 4/1. (imdb)
- Some details have surfaced on James Callis' role. According to Sonya Walger, Callis plays Gabriel McDow, a strange man who has intimate knowledge of Olivia's future due to the fact that he's had multiple flashforwards. This leads Olivia to give more consideration to the possibility that what she saw in her flashforward might not have been the only possibile future. (TVOverMind)
- Dominic Monaghan said in a recent interview that we'll learn more about his "family background" when he volunteers his services as a "science consultant" for the FBI. Gabrielle Union also elaborated on Zoey's involvement with the investigation. "My character is basically kicking butt and is bringing the rumble to the jungle to ABC when we come back. She's incredibly proactive, she's trying to save her man's life and she's not letting anything stand in the way." (OntheRedCarpet)
3/2
- Nobody knows who Callis will be playing, but the character will be significant and will factor into the final episodes of the season. "I don't actually want to tell you anything about the character, because he's a really exciting, unusual character, so I think it's going to be fun for the audience. He's going to be involved with Olivia's trajectory... some of Olivia's journey." Says new showrunner Jessika Borsiczky. (ScifiWire)
- In case you didn't know, FlashForward is returning on March 18th with the two part episode "Revelation Zero," a title that smacks of 'reboot' - something FlashForward needs if it is going to reclaim its former ratings glory. The double shot will be preceded by a catch up, so invite your uninitiated friends. Oh, and in case your Thursdays are booked, ABC will re-air the entire package on Saturday, March 20th. (ABC)

Goyer laid out his plans for the charactacter to MTV's Movies Blog. "We have already written that character as an adult. We're hoping to have a certain actor play him. We haven't nailed it down yet, but we're crossing our fingers." When asked if the actor in question is The Wire's Michael K. Williams, Goyer replied "Probably." More like "indeed!"
- Bryce will be the focus of episode nine. We'll also be meeting "Keiko," the Japanese woman who we assume is from his flash forward. We'll also be seeing more of Callum Keith Rennie's character, Raynaud. Goyer said he will "hopefully return 'two
