Walking Dead Season 2 to See New Characters

Season 2 still has a boatload of characters to introduce. But will the Governer be one of them?

According to Robert Kirkman's interview with USA Today, Michonne will make an appearance in Season 2,  but the Governor is still a ways off.

Kirkman says that Michonne (an ex-lawyer handy with a samurai sword) and other characters will act as Rick's conscience from time to time so he doesn't fly completely off the rails.

Unfortunately for comic book fans, Kirkman also said that, "The Governor is probably a little ways off from Season 2 — maybe Season 3 or beyond."

But hey, that's not a no, and The Walking Dead could only benefit from the insanity that is the Governor.
