Comic-Con 2010: Conspiracies, College and Cartoons Rule Saturday

Network TV takes center stage on a Saturday filled with sneak-peeks and world premieres.

You'd think after a crazy Friday packed with tons of TV goodness, the folks behind the scheduling for San Diego Comic-Con would give us a bit of a breather, but noooo. Saturday's SDCC programming looks to be just as exciting (and exhausting), as television fans will be treated to yet another solid day of sneak peeks and Q&As of several geek-approved shows.

Once again, we're here to offer up the highlights of what's worth dragging yourself away from the show floor. You can thank us later.

  • Nickelodeon Presents: The SpongeBob SquarePants Secret Formula Revealed!: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Room 6A: What better way to enjoy a Saturday morning at Comic-Con than trying to sleep off a hangover. However, if you find yourself up and about, why not swing by this panel and try and find out, once and for all, why SpongeBob has stood the test of time.
  • Chuck Screening and Q&A: 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM, Ballroom 20: The cast and crew of NBC's hit action-comedy series sit down and thank their fans for making Season 4 of Chuck possible. In addition to clips, stories from behind the scenes and fan discussion, the panel also promises a special video presentation.
  • Family Guy: 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM, Ballroom 20: Seth MacFarlane, Alex Borstein, Seth Green and the rest of the Family Guy cast take on fan questions, and also show never-before-seen clips from the show's third Star Wars parody.
  • The Event World Premiere Pilot Screening and Q&A with Cast and Producers: 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM, Room 6A: Chances are you've seen teasers about this all new series, set to debut on NBC this fall. Be one of the first to watch the premiere episode of the series at this exclusive screener, followed up by a Q&A with the show's cast.
  • The Cleveland Show: 11:45 AM - 12:30 PM, Ballroom 20: The cast and crew sit down for a chat with fans about Season Two, and you won't want to miss a live table read of one act of Cleveland's upcoming trip to Comic-Con.
  • The Venture Bros.: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM, Indigo Ballroom, San Diego Hilton Bayfront: Always a spectacle, join series creators Doc Hammer, Jackson Publick and voice talents Patrick Warburton and James Urbaniak as they screen sneak preview clips from the upcoming season, talk up the new line of Venture action figures, and take questions from the audience.
  • Futurama: 12:45 PM - 1:30 PM, Ballroom 20: Futurama has returned -- again! And what better way to show your appreciation than this panel featuring the show's cast, crew, and executive producer, Matt Groening.
  • The Write Stuff: Creating Genre Television: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, Room 8: Featuring writers from such hit shows as Lost, Fringe, Deep Space Nine and more, get an inside look at what goes on in the writer's room of some of the best genre television to date.
  • Sanctuary: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, Indigo Ballroom, San Diego Hilton Bayfront: Promising an experience like never before, SyFy presents the cast and crew of their latest original series for a discussion and clips from the upcoming season.
  • The Simpsons: 1:30 PM - 2:15 PM, Ballroom 20: With its record breaking 22nd season on the way, creator Matt Groening, showrunner Al Jean, executive producer Matt Selman and supervising director Mike Anderson discuss the show's epic run and what the future holds for the residents of Springfield.
  • V Screening and Q&A: 2:30 PM - 3:15 PM, Ballroom 20: The cast and creative team behind the world's first alien encounter make their return to Comic-Con with a Q&A session and a special highlight reel from the show's first season.
  • NBC's Community Cast and Creative Team: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM, Indigo Ballroom, San Diego Hilton Bayfront: The cast and crew of NBC's next great comedy take and discuss the importance of a good secondary education at a no-frills community college. And yes, Chevy Chase will be there.
  • No Ordinary Family Exclusive Premiere: 3:15 PM - 4:15 PM, Room 6A: Michael Chiklis, Julie Benz and the rest of the cast and crew deliver the info on this all new ABC series about a family living with superpowers.
  • Fringe Screening and Q&A: 3:15 PM - 4:15 PM, Ballroom 20: Join the cast and crew for a discussion of this fan-approved thriller, that explores the ever-blurring line between science fiction and reality.
  • Warehouse 13 and Eureka: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM, Room 6BCF: Two of SyFy's biggest series take over Room 6BCF, as cast and crew from both shows chat with fans about what can be expected from their respective upcoming seasons.
  • Nikita Pilot Screening and Q&A: 5:15 PM - 6:15 PM, Room 6BCF: Catch a sneak peek screening of this all new CW action drama, and join its cast and crew for an inside look at one of the most anticipated new shows of the upcoming fall season.
  • Adult Swim Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Squidbillies, Tim & Eric Awesome Show Great Job! and Mary Shelley's Frankenhole: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM, Room 6DE: The creators behind four of Adult Swim's most outrageous shows discuss what goes on behind the scenes, screen sneak peeks, and answer questions.
  • Lost But Not Forgotten: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Room 8: They might not be on the island anymore (and maybe never were), but fans are still talking about Lost. Lost Encyclopedia authors Tara Bennett and Paul Terry discuss the show's legacy, share their thoughts on the finale, and just might be joined by a surprise special guest or two.
  • Human Target Screening and Q&A: 6:15 PM - 7:00 PM, Room 6BCF: The cast and crew of this show based on the DC Comic series rap with fans, and screen a special video presentation.
