After a recent interview with Dee Bradley Baker, the voiceover artist behind most of the Insane Animals of Avatar, we've learned that Avatar: The Legend of Korra may not be a legend at all.
A:TLA Online reports that the series may be retitled to The Last Airbender: The Journey Of Korra, similar to how its parent series began production under the original title of Avatar: The Legend of Aang.
Whether or not Baker's comments referring to the upcoming mini-seres as The Journey Of Korra constitutes a slip of the tongue, or an accidental leak of information remains to be seen, but we did learn a few other details from the chat with Appa himself.
By an odd naming coincidence, Baker's daugher Cora will provide the voice of a younger Korra, seen in flashback. Whether or not this flashback might incorporate any characters from the original series, time will tell.
In addition to Dee Bradley Baker returning, we've learned that martial artist consultant Sifu Kisu will be returning for production as well. You can read the interview with Baker, wherein he also discusses his involvement in the Star Wars: Clone Wars series here.
