Those who love the detailed, accurate and fast-paced martial arts action of Avatar: The Last Airbender needn't worry about a drop in quality in the upcoming mini-series Avatar: The Legend of Korra, as we've learned from A:TLA Online that martial arts expert Sifu Kisu will return as a consultant!

In addition to Sifu's extensive past credits with other martial arts related series like Charlie's Angels and Power Rangers, the Northern Shaolin master served as the inspiration for Sokka's own sword-fighting master, Piandao.

Kisu joins other returning production crew such as storyboard artiosts Joaquin Dos Santos and Ian Graham, voice actor Dee Bradley Baker (Momo, Appa, most of the Insane Avatar Animals), and of course series creators Mike DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, with whom we had a chance to speak with at Comic-Con 2010.

Keep it here for all the latest details on the twelve-part mini-series, as we continue to get psyched for The Legend of Korra, and chime in below with your thoughts!
